JULIE PIANTADOSI
CEO & Mental Health Support Lead
Julie Piantadosi is the CEO and Mental Health Support Lead, with extensive experience supporting individuals with high-complex mental health needs and disability. With over 15 years of experience working alongside and training senior paramedics, Julie brings a strong foundation in crisis response, high-pressure decision-making, and effective communication in critical situations.
Julie specialises in supporting participants who present with complex behaviours of concern, with a focus on delivering consistent, person-centred support that prioritises safety, stability, and dignity. Her approach is grounded in practical, real-world strategies that assist individuals to manage daily challenges, build confidence, and engage meaningfully within their community.
Her leadership style is calm, structured, and outcomes-focused, with a strong emphasis on collaboration between participants, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes.
DUSHANTI
Operations
Dushanti is the Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the administrative and office-based coordination that supports the delivery of NDIS services. She manages day-to-day office operations, including rostering, scheduling, and coordination of support staff to ensure services are organised, timely, and aligned with participant needs and service agreements.
Her role includes maintaining clear internal communication between participants, support workers, and the team, as well as managing enquiries, updates, and changes to schedules. Dushanti also oversees key administrative processes such as documentation, service records, and general operational systems to ensure information is accurate, organised, and up to date.
In addition, she supports onboarding and staff administration, helping ensure all necessary checks, records, and compliance-related documentation are completed and maintained. Dushanti works behind the scenes to keep the office running efficiently, supporting the wider team so they can focus on delivering consistent, person-centred supports to participants.
JACQUI
Head of Learning and Development
Jacqui is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Science with a strong focus on supporting the training, development, and wellbeing of staff within the organisation. She brings advanced academic expertise and leadership experience, contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred supports across the team.
In her role, Jacqui oversees staff capability building, ensuring team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to effectively support participants with diverse and complex needs. She promotes best practice approaches, evidence-based frameworks, and continuous professional development, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and reflective practice.
Jacqui is also committed to staff wellbeing, recognising the importance of maintaining a supported and resilient workforce to ensure consistent and effective service delivery. She works to cultivate a positive organisational culture that encourages open communication, professional growth, and strategies that support both mental and physical wellbeing.
Through her leadership, Jacqui contributes to maintaining a skilled and well-supported workforce that aligns with NDIS principles, including person-centred practice, participant choice and control, dignity, and respect.
LUKE
Program Support Administrator
Luke holds a Bachelor of Psychology and has a strong interest in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and disability through a coordinated, person-centred approach. He is committed to working alongside participants to understand their goals, strengthen their supports, and facilitate access to services that promote independence, confidence, and meaningful community participation.
Luke has experience working with individuals with a range of complex needs, supporting the navigation of services and contributing to structured, outcomes-focused support planning. He places importance on building strong professional relationships, understanding individual communication styles, and ensuring supports are aligned with each participant’s needs, preferences, and NDIS goals.
Luke is committed to effective coordination of supports, ensuring participants are linked with suitable services, have clarity around their options, and are supported to engage meaningfully in their communities while working toward their individual goals.
MIKE
Gardening & House Maintenance Lead
Mike leads the gardening and maintenance team, bringing a trade qualification and hands-on experience to deliver high-quality property upkeep and outdoor support services. Together with his team, Mike is committed to ensuring that participant homes and outdoor environments are safe, clean, functional, and well maintained.
Mike and his team work with a person-centred and respectful approach when supporting National Disability Insurance Scheme participants. They understand that a well-maintained living environment can contribute positively to comfort, independence, and overall wellbeing. Their work is carried out with consideration for each participant’s space, routines, and preferences, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining a high standard of service.
With a strong focus on reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism, Mike and his team provide practical support across gardening, general maintenance, and property upkeep. Their goal is to create safe and welcoming environments where participants feel comfortable and supported in their homes.
